Creatio (formerly bpm’online), a leader in the space of business process automation and CRM, is growing at a record setting pace. We are aggressively expanding our US based sales team and look for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our Boston team.

Our targets are ambitious, and we are seeking engaging, collaborative, successful Enterprise Account Manager who has the skills, experience and track record to make an impact. We’re fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative. We pursue excellence in everything and have a lot of fun along the way.


  • Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics
  • Develop and execute account plans 
  • Generate cross/up-sales opportunities within an assigned account portfolio
  • Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process for existing accounts 
  • Establish deep value-based relationships with VP/C-level stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with technical account teams to resolve technical and business issues applying win: win approach 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 4-year degree required, preferably in Business
  • Successful background in executive-level sales processes
  • 3+ years in enterprise software sales (at least one year as an account manager)
  • Developed business and technical skills  
  • Experience with CRM/BPM Low-Code space is strongly preferred
