Regional Sales Director

Creatio, a global business software company leading in the space of business process automation and CRM, is looking for a Regional Sales Director to manage the region covering Australia, New Zealand and the APAC countries and drive sales in Corporate and Enterprise segments. The company has been highly recognized as a market leader by key industry analysts (including Gartner and Forrester). Its intelligent platform accelerates sales, marketing, service and operations for thousands of customers and hundreds of partners worldwide.
A successful Regional Sales Director at Creatio will be accountable for overall regional sales performance, the achievement of revenue goals, and for aligning sales objectives with company’s global strategy.
The role will be based in Melbourne, Australia and will report directly to the VP Global Sales (based in Boston).
  • Design plans for developing business and achieving the regional sales goals
  • Manage the sales team, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing goal achievement
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and coaching for the sales team to develop their skills and ensure quota attainment
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Manage and close strategic opportunities within the region
  • Engage with channel partners and align joint sales efforts
  • Build up and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 4-year degree required, preferably in Business
  • Profound experience in Technology/Cloud space
  • 7+ years in enterprise software sales
  • 3+ years managing a sales team
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/BPM software is a strong preference
