Director of Sales Enablement (Boston)

Creatio, a leader in the space of business process automation and CRM, is growing at a record setting pace. We are aggressively expanding our Boston based sales team which is located in the exciting Seaport District.
Our targets are ambitious, and we are seeking engaging, collaborative, successful Senior Sales Enablement Manager who has the skills, experience and track record to make an impact. This role involves direct cooperation with the VP of Sales to enable and scale our global sales organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and execute a global long-term global sales enablement plan
  • Support Regional Sales Directors in executing effective management disciplines and establishing sales development and coaching programs
  • Manage onboarding process of new sales employees
  • Conduct ongoing sales training and sales education meetings
  • Implement various sales enablement projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Directors to constantly update sales process within the organization
  • Support product launches by enabling the sales team to understand and sell our products
  • Investigate successful sales patterns
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Sales enablement processes and technologies
  • Sales training best practices
  • Modern sales methodologies
  • Sales management best practices
  • Ability to manage projects from concept to completion
  • Ability to plan and facilitate meetings
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, and change
  • Highly-developed training, presentation and written communication skills
Background, Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Training required
  • Experience with SaaS organizations
  • Past experience selling B2B solutions and/or managing B2B sales teams preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM/BPM markets is preferred
