Director of Sales - North America

We are looking for a Director of Sales – North America to manage the region and drive sales in Corporate and Enterprise segments. A successful Sales Director at Creatio will be accountable for overall regional sales performance, the achievement of revenue goals, and for aligning sales objectives with company’s global strategy. The role will be based in Boston, Massachusetts and will report to the VP Global Sales.

We expect our successful candidate to:

  • Design the organization structure to scale effectively
  • Bring and enable talented individuals to the team

  • Develop pipeline by launching sales-driven lead generation initiatives
  • Constantly improve sales process
  • Manage key sales conversions
  • Accurately maintain sales forecast
  • Effectively run sales meetings, performance inspections and coaching sessions
  • Identify risks and build up long term plans
  • Install sense of urgency to the team
  • Promote loyal attitude towards the company
  • Effectively implement changes and innovations
  • Develop and execute strong and creative sales strategies
  • Build long-lasting C/VP-level relationships with clients
  • Engage and develop the channel partners
  • Exceptionally deliver sales presentations and demonstrations

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 4-year degree required, preferably in Business
  • Profound experience in business applications space 
  • 5+ years in enterprise software sales 
  • 3+ years managing a sales team of up to 10 quota carrying reports
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/Low-Code/BPM is a strong preference
