We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Marketplace team.

Role Overview:

• You will be responsible for transforming application designs into functional apps on the Creatio Platform.
• Primarily working within Agile scrum teams, you will develop complex business processes and user interfaces using the Creatio platform’s no-code technology.
• Your involvement will span all phases of the application development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and post-production support.
• You will also serve as an advocate within the broader Creatio Marketplace ecosystem, sharing best practices and insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in delivering applications or technical consulting and solution implementation within a major software domain (such as CRM, no-code platforms, ERP or CMS).
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
• A proactive self-starter who quickly learns new skills and technologies and is enthusiastic about exploring new areas.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with APIs.
• Experience in data modeling.
• Familiarity with process modeling tools and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Creatio Platform.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology or a related field.
• Coding experience is a plus.
