We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join our Creatio team, who will work with global markets. 

Working on our team as an Inbound Sales Representative position involves:

  • answering potential clients’ in-bound applications via different communication channels (phone calls, registrations, e-mail, chat);
  • outbound calls to potential clients from targeted segments and businesses aimed to attract them and arrange a meeting with our Sales Executives;
  • presenting our company and product line to potential clients, identifying their business needs, forming interest and willingness to continue their dialogue with us;
  • keeping in touch with potential clients, providing additional information regarding our company, products, and any other information needed; identifying key decision makers and gathering information about them;
  • registering contacts’ important occasions and congratulating them;
  • inviting clients to events and contacting them to update their status after these events.

Candidate Expectations:

  • fluent in English. German/French/Polish languages will be an advantage;
  • experience working with B2B clients/partners for at least 6 months;
  • phone, email, and Social Media communication skills;
  • exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and work ethic;

Will be an advantage:

  • to understand the SaaS industry landscape, especially CRM, BPM, Low/No-code solutions;
  • experience with tools for outbound campaign building — Apollo.io, Expandi, Salesloft, Reply, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and alike;
