Currently, we are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing customer advocacy initiatives (including referrals, preparation of written and video testimonials, and reviews)  
  • Identifying and managing relations with key customers to generate customer marketing opportunities (e.g., case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.)  
  • Executing a program of generating customer and partner reviews on crowd-sourcing platforms (G2, TrustRadius, etc.)  
  • Work with cross-functional teams to grow our customer success story library and support customer marketing activities  

Qualification:

  • 3+ years of b2b marketing/community engagement experience  
  • Experience with creating marketing content in different formats (text, ppt, visual, audio, video)​ 
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices and technics​ 
  • Understanding of the SaaS space will be an advantage
  • Experience in building customer communities will be an advantage

Skills:

  • Project management skills (ability to prioritize and keep multiple partners aligned)  
  • Customer-facing roles skills (fluent presentation skills, ability to clearly articulate messages, communicating with and pitching to senior level)  
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills   
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (advanced level).  Additional languages will be an advantage
