We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales Development to lead our global teams of BDRs and SDRs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the Enterprise SaaS industry through effective team management, lead generation strategies, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.


Team Leadership:

  • Set up a global organizational structure to provide coverage of three major regions: Americas (North America, LATAM), Europe (UK, France, Germany, Poland), and APAC/MEA (UAE, KSA, Australia, and Indonesia). 
  • Lead and mentor a global team of BDRs and SDRs (30+ professionals) to achieve and exceed targets for lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth.
  • Introduce a holistic system of ongoing coaching and skills improvement for the team.
  • Establish a culture of high performance and continuous professional growth.

Business Development Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive outbound business development strategies to drive enterprise pipeline growth and expand market reach.
  • Monitor TAM penetration progress. Conduct deep analysis and provide ongoing feedback on key metrics regarding markets, personas, and outreach strategies. 
  • Participate in the ABM process. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.

Process Optimization:

  • Maintain state-of-the-art inbound lead qualification and hand-off process. 
  • Develop and maintain business development playbooks for different verticals (financial services, manufacturing, etc.) and regions. 
  • Own outreach technology stack (Creatio CRM automation, Apollo, Lusha, Cognism, Dripify, etc.). 
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize lead generation processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.

Pipeline Management:

  • Own outreach pipeline number. 
  • Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to opportunity conversion, to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to prioritize leads and opportunities and track progress through the sales cycle.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue attribution, to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and insights to senior leadership.


  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the SaaS industry, with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise sales process. 
  • Knowledge of Business Applications markets. 
  • Profound experience leading high-performing BDR/SDR teams (at least 15 people) in high-growth environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other sales and lead generation technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
