We are currently looking for a proactive, experienced, and motivated Human Resources Business Partner (Europe) with a positive, opportunity-focused mindset to join our European team. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can navigate working at a high-growth company.
The role is full-time and hybrid - based in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing HR projects and initiatives.
- Facilitating the onboarding and seamless integration of new employees.
- Supporting the growth and performance evaluation processes.
- Providing guidance to managers on effective employee interaction - improvement analysis, problem solving discussions.
- Coordinating training programs: identifying needs, selecting providers, and assisting with organization.
- Conducting one-on-one meetings with employees and monitoring employee satisfaction.
- Organizing and conducting employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.
- Nurturing and fostering corporate culture.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and middle managers to provide strategic advice and execute all aspects of employee relations.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years in HRBP roles, with experience in fast-growing companies. Demonstrated ability to handle rapid scaling and dynamic changes within the organization.
- Deep understanding of local labor laws of UK, Germany, France, Poland markets and being able to ensure compliance in employment practices.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams. Ability to manage HR operations across multiple countries and cultures effectively.
- Proven ability to lead HR initiatives that support organizational change, enhancing business performance.
