We`re actively searching for a Lead Sales Development Representative to join our team and lead our endeavors in the Eastern European market.


  • Training a team of 3 Sales Development Representatives.

  • Monitoring KPI implementation.

  • Coordinating team processes.

  • Handling inbound inquiries from potential clients across various communication channels (phone calls, registrations, email, chat).

  • Making outbound calls to potential clients within targeted segments and businesses to attract them and schedule meetings with our Sales Executives.

  • Delivering presentations about our company and product line to potential clients, identifying their business needs, and fostering interest and ongoing dialogue.

  • Maintaining communication with potential clients, providing additional information about our company, products, and any other necessary details.

  • Identifying key decision-makers and gathering relevant information about them.

  • Recording important occasions of contacts and extending congratulations.

  • Inviting clients to events and following up with them to update their status post-event.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator.

  • At least 3 years of experience working with B2B clients or partners.

  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.

  • Proficiency in communication via phone, email, and social media for both inbound and outbound leads.

  • Exceptional oral communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and high levels of honesty.

  • Understanding of the SaaS industry, particularly CRM, BPM, and Low/No-Code solutions, is advantageous.
