Currently, we are looking for a Partner Success Manager. The position includes partners' & customers' portfolio management, new clients' launch and support, and the subscription renewal process coordination. We also expect you to have proficient knowledge of English.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in implementing enterprise software and working with CRM, BPM or ERP systems
  • Deep understanding of the business processes of various business sectors
  • Problem-solving mindset, experience in managing complicated situations, including working with objections
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience in conducting training and presentations in English
  • English C1+

Will be an advantage:

  • Creatio technologies and databases knowledge
  • Experience in writing technical instructions
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience in working with foreign clients 

Your impact:

  • Building relationships with partners and their key customers, assistance in managing clients’ portfolio
  • Assistance in project evaluation, as well as in the technical brief and analytics preparation
  • Partners' support during system implementation, organization of technical consultations
  • Monitoring the implementation of the partners' projects timely
  • Advising and informing customers and partners about new Creatio features
  • Work on clients’ feedback
  • Ensuring regular updates of the subscription, negotiating favorable conditions for the company
