The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Sales Executive with knowledge of German to help us scale the number of SMB clients who use the Creatio platform in the DACH region. Candidates must have experience building and developing a territory to high performance within an innovative SaaS technology provider. 


  • Deliver on revenue targets and all key performance metrics
  • Generate new business opportunities, manage relationships with the existing accounts
  • Build the sales process following the implemented MEDDIC methodology
  • Work with regional partners to align resources and strategies on joint opportunities
  • Form customer’s vision and value of Creatio products
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in English and German
  • 2+ years of experience working with B2B clients
  • Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets
  • Excellent understanding of different business models: the ability to shape business processes from other industries, understanding the organizational structure of different companies, and the main tasks of departments
  • Excellent negotiation skills and dealing with customer objections
  • Knowledge of the basics of marketing (positioning, segmentation, pricing, sales channels, sales promotion)
  • Deep understanding of different sales methodologies
