We are looking for a data-driven Senior SaaS Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and pipeline growth through various marketing channels. You will develop and execute strategies to optimize our customer acquisition funnels, boost brand awareness, and increase engagement.
- develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, including but not limited to email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing;
- analyze and interpret marketing data to track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROMI, conversion rates, retention rates, and CLV;
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, design, and data analytics, to drive user growth and engagement through product and marketing initiatives;
- conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs, and leverage these insights to inform marketing strategies;
- manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROMI;
- stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously experiment with new tactics to improve user acquisition, retention, and pipe growth;
Skills and Experience:
- bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus;
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related field, with a track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth;
- strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex marketing concepts and strategies to cross-functional teams and senior executives;
- strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- experience in a fast-paced SaaS company is a plus.
