We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher to join our team at Creatio, who will work with global markets, mainly APAC and MEA region. 

The role is full-time and based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • source candidates’ resumes for positions of different levels: from beginner to top management;

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • analyze and evaluate resumes, understand labor market trends in the IT industry;

  • conduct telephone interviews with candidates;

  • effectively use candidate sourcing tools Record the results in the ATS system.

Requirements:

  • experience sourcing non-tech roles for at least 6 months;

  • ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English;

  • activity in professional social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn);

  • willingness to learn.
