Currently, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, etc.
  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, offer preparations, and close qualified candidates.
  • Collect, input, and report recruitment data and metrics
  • Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy

Requirements:

  • Previous working experience, preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for least 1 year
  • In-depth knowledge of candidates' selection methods (competency-based interview will be a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with candidates and employees at all levels throughout the company.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and business writing)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup or agency.
  • Experience with tech or non-tech roles (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
  • Experience working with the Global market (Europe, Asia, USA).
