Paul Greenberg, one of the world’s most recognized CRM analysts, to share insights on customer engagement and customer experience at bpm’online Global Tour in London

Paul Greenberg is one of the world’s most recognized CRM analysts who has played a tremendous role in the industry’s development and is sometimes referred to as the Godfather of CRM.
