BPMonline, the fastest growing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Process Management (BPM) vendor, is proud to become the CRM Watchlist 2014 Award winner! The 2014 winners’ announcement was published on Jan 13th, 2014 by Paul Greenberg, who is recognized the world’s leading CRM analyst and blogger, the author of the best-selling ‘CRM at the Speed of Light’.

After reading, evaluating, scoring and note taking on 162 submissions out of 181 registrations this year, Paul Greenberg, Executive Vice President of the CRM Association and author of a number of the best-selling CRM luminaries, named BPMonline amongst the CRM Watchlist 2014 Winners. “This year it was much harder to win than in the past and at the same time, I made some decisions to recognize a few who were exceptional even in the midst of winning …”, said Paul Greenberg.

It’s the third year in a row that BPMonline has been honored with this prestigious award. However, it’s no accident that BPMonline is among winners again, since it is an award that goes to companies who are standing out in a marketplace that is highly competitive and littered with thousands of companies who are trying to get ahead in the same place. Greenberg evaluated companies around dozens of criteria, making judgments on a company’s market approach, products, and management team – among others.

2013 has been marked as the year of innovations for BPMonline, as it upgraded its platform and introduced the brand new, social, and simple interface that completely changes usability, adoption, and impact on business operations.
