BPMonline Is in the Latest Nucleus Research CRM Value Matrix
BPMonline, a global provider of CRM and BPM solutions, has been recognized in the recently released Nucleus Research CRM Value Matrix for the second half of 2013. Nucleus Research, a leading global information technology research firm, is specializing in investigative research of technology deployments.
The Matrix reflects current positioning as well as an estimate of the trendline based on Nucleus’s current view of products and roadmaps. The Value Matrix is based on functionality and usability, the two core measures that Nucleus has found indicate an application’s ability to deliver initial ROI and, ultimately, maximum value over time.
The general trend in the market has been to add new functionality to products. However, leading vendors are moving toward balancing usability with key productivity features instead of point-to-point feature parity. That is why BPMonline trends upward and right on the usability-functionality scale and looks forward to reaching ‘Leaders’ quadrant of the Matrix. The recent release of BPMonline version 7.0 aimed not only to extend a number of CRM and BPM capabilities, but also to drastically improve user experience by introducing a completely new interface that is clean in design and as intuitive as well-known social networks. Furthermore, now it has the same look and feel across all delivery devices, which allows end users to have the same user experience on the phone, tablet or laptop.
