Judges recognize highly customized role-based experiences, intelligent data enrichment, and extensive dashboards and analytics
Bpm'online, a global business software company leading in the space of business process automation and CRM, has announced Baskin-Robbins as the CRM Innovation Award recipient for 1H 2018. The CRM Innovation Award program identifies and recognizes creative and unique applications developed using bpm’online that help companies accelerate.
Bpm’online’s Innovation Awards are a bi-annual recognition program highlighting three key categories: CRM Innovation, BPM Innovation, and App Innovation. Winners are evaluated by an independent panel of judges.

After taking the top prize, Baskin-Robbins’ Australian General Manager Ben Flintoff said the company had made dramatic improvements to its digital practices.
