We are aggressively expanding our US-based team which is headquartered in the exciting Seaport District of Boston, MA. The role can be remotely based reporting to the SVP of Channels.

The Opportunity:
For the role of Channels Team Lead Americas, we are seeking an experienced professional to help us scale the number of partners ensuring a good pace of acquisition and overall partner’s health, retention, and growth. 
Our targets are ambitious, and we are seeking engaging, collaborative, successful Channels Team Lead who have the skills, relevant industrial experience, and track record to make an immediate impact. Responsibilities within the impact areas:
1. Development:

  • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets with partners
  • Maximizing new business development opportunities and acquisition of new partners
  • Overseeing a sales team over the assigned territory
  • Build strong partners relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to facilitate the growth of the account, and as an important point of contact for partners’ day-to-day needs 
  • Use strategic thinking and relationship management to drive growth from existing partners and discover upsell opportunities
  • Manage renewals of annual agreements
  • Perform quarterly business reviews with partners both onsite and remote
  • Deliver satisfied partners relationships that result in references, case studies, and renewals
  • Conduct regularly scheduled partners check-in calls to determine how to maximize client satisfaction

2. Partner Sales:

  • Lead generation process
  • Lead qualification process with the partner
  • Sales strategy discussion
  • Meeting confirmation and participation with a client

3. Partner Acquisition:

  • Deep search in social media 
  • Identify and contact potential partners for new business opportunities. 
  • Cold calls
  • Decision maker’s recognition

4. Management:     

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
  • Suggest and organize team-building activities

5. Analytics:

  • Analyze the performance of the partners account managers  
  • Report on the results to VP of Channel Sales.
  • Work on the KPI scheme

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a software/SaaS business to business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement. 
  • Experience in managing partners accounts 
  • Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the same product category and 
  • channel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
  • Strong personal network within the industry
  • Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales
  • Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential

Technical skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience in low-code, CRM, or BPM applications, experience in executing business solutions
