We are looking for a Senior Sales Director to drive sales and lead a team in our Corporate and Enterprise segments. This role will report to the Chief Sales Officer, Americas, and will be accountable for sales performance and achievement of revenue goals for assigned territory.

We expect our successful candidate to:

  • Achieve the assigned sales target for the team
  • Design, align and execute regional Go-to-Market strategy
  • Design the organization structure to scale effectively
  • Hire and enable talented individuals to join the team
  • Increase level of ownership and standards within the team
  • Develop pipeline by launching sales-driven lead generation initiatives
  • Constantly improve the sales process
  • Manage key sales conversions
  • Accurately maintain sales forecast
  • Effectively run sales meetings, performance inspections, and coaching sessions
  • Identify risks and build up long term plans
  • Install sense of urgency to the team
  • Promote loyal attitude towards the company
  • Effectively implement changes and innovations
  • Develop and execute strong and creative sales strategies
  • Build long-lasting C/VP-level relationships with clients
  • Engage and develop the channel partners
  • Exceptionally deliver sales presentations and demonstrations

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 4-year degree required, preferably in Business
  • Profound experience in business applications space 
  • 5+ years in enterprise software sales 
  • 2+ years managing a sales team of up to 10 quota-carrying direct reports
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/Low-Code/BPM is a strong preference
