Premium CRM provider continues international growth strategy with latest office opening in Asia

Bpm'online announced today the opening of a new office in Singapore. The expansion into Asia progresses bpm’online’s growth strategy and strengthens its ability to provide local support for existing clients in the territory. It also helps to better serve the increased demand for CRM by organizations with operations in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, China and other areas in Asia Pacific.

The Singapore office is the second major office opened by bpm’online in 2016. It follows the February 2016 opening of an office in Canberra, Australia. The Singapore team will work closely with bpm’online’s other offices around the world so that more businesses globally have an opportunity to benefit from the award-winning CRM products offered.

The office will be led by Regional Director, Malik Manvinder, who brings more than 20 years of Enterprise Software experience in Asia Pacific, including the last 10 years in business-process management industry.

“Bpm’online provides cutting-edge technologies for business-process management and is a widely recognized CRM vendor, and I am thrilled to be able to join such a prestigious organization,” said Manvinder. “The company’s commitment to developing premium process-driven CRM products has already been well received by organizations in Asia Pacific and I’m very honored to be contributing into company’s further growth in the region.”

“This is an exciting time in bpm’online’s history as new markets become available because of the increasing desire for our premium CRM products and out-of-the-box best practice processes,” said Katherine Kostereva, CEO and Managing Partner at bpm’online. “Consumer and market demand have enabled us to expand into Australia and now in Singapore. These offices have increased bpm’online’s ability to deploy and provide more seamless support to clients and partners in those geographies.”
