Gartner’s evaluation of 19 sales force automation vendors will help companies to choose the solution that best fits their sales execution requirements.

Creatio believes its recognition in five use cases* in the Gartner’s Critical Capabilities for Sales Force Automation report, 2019, is driven by its advanced tools and out-of-the-box best practice processes to drive efficient sales processes and accelerate the complete sales cycle, and the intelligent low-code platform, which allows users with no technical skills to swiftly design, execute and optimize sales processes.

* Creatio received the scores above 4.0 in five use cases, being given the highest score for the Short-Cycle B2B Sales, the second highest scores for three other Use Cases: Long-Cycle B2B Sales, Long-Cycle B2C Sales, Short-Cycle B2C Sales Use Case, and the third highest score for the Indirect/Relationship Sales Use Case.

Gartner REPORT HIGHLIGHTS

Artificial intelligence (AI) for predictive sales forecasting, relationship health scoring or opportunity health scoring is now offered by more than half of the sales force automation (SFA) vendors.

Ease of use, particularly for data entry and maintaining data quality, varies considerably. Some vendors have invested in conversational AI to improve data entry, but it is not a common function yet in the industry.

Forecasting capabilities vary widely across the vendors.
