BPMonline Taps CRM Veteran for Americas Expansion

In this role, Ted will be responsible for leading BPMonline’s Americas market entry and expansion, including sales, marketing and development of its partner ecosystem. Ted brings a wealth of experience and expertise in accelerating market leadership for CRM, software as a service (SaaS), platform as a services (PaaS), Social Media, and other software/consulting concerns, helping companies with developing CRM strategies and shaping exceptional customer experiences. Prior to BPMonline he obtained leading operational and managerial positions in such companies as: KPMG Consulting, Salesforce.com, THG Consulting and Sword Ciboodle (acquired by Kana).
