About the Role: 

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher / Talent Sourcer to join our team in Warsaw, working with global markets, mainly the APAC and MEA regions.

The team specializes in business roles for EMEA and APAC (Main focus: Dubai, Indonesia, Australia). Current team: 1 Lead, 5 Recruiters, 1 Sourcer 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking channels.

  • Build and maintain long lists/shortlists of qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Screen candidates through CV reviews and initial calls.

  • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and Talent Acquistion Specialists .

  • Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in the applicant tracking system.

  • Assist with recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 months of experience in a recruiting team, either as a recruiter or a sourcer. 

  • Interest in working with vacancies in departments such as Sales, People Management, Customer Success, Business Excellence, Business Development, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.

  •  Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office at Zebra Tower, Warsaw). 

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. 

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills. 

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Experience working with ATS systems (Lever).
