Creatio Marks a Landmark Year of AI Innovation and Accelerated Global Growth

The company closes 2025 with strong momentum driven by AI and No-Code innovation and strategic industry-focused expansion
Creatio Marks a Landmark Year of AI Innovation and Accelerated Global Growth

Creatio, a global vendor of an agentic CRM & workflow platform with no-code and AI at its core, today announced the completion of a landmark year. The company continued its accelerated expansion among enterprise customers and key verticals, delivering an impressive 40% year-over-year top-line growth. 2025 was a year of breakthrough momentum, as Creatio further advanced its AI-native platform with a wide set of market-leading intelligent capabilities and the launch of industry autonomous agents.

Throughout the year, Creatio welcomed a growing roster of enterprise customers across financial services, manufacturing, the public sector, and other strategic verticals. Organizations like Nasdaq, E.ON Next, Allianz, First Financial Bank, MetLife, Veolia, the State of Maryland, Eneco and many other marquee customers selected Creatio to redefine customer engagement, automate business-critical workflows with the help of AI, and replace legacy systems. As adoption scaled, the company delivered exceptional industry performance in 2025, including top-line growth of 60% in financial services and 72% in the public sector.

Creatio reinforced its ability to deliver world-class business impact for its customers within months of deployment. “What we had been trying to achieve over the past six years in our legacy system was accomplished in Creatio in just six months,” said John O’Connor, CIO and SVP at Avidia. Similarly, the City of Boston benefited from rapid transformation. “The biggest advantage of Creatio is speed. The speed to develop, release, iterate, prototype. And it doesn’t require someone deeply experienced in the platform to do it,” said Jay Greenspan, Senior Director, 311 & Basic City Services Technology at City of Boston. This feedback strongly complements the independent findings from Nucleus Research, which reported a 70% faster implementation and a 37% reduction in total cost of ownership for organizations switching from legacy enterprise CRM to Creatio.

Advancing AI Innovation and Autonomous Agents

Creatio’s vision is to provide customers with an agentic platform that fundamentally changes how work is designed and executed. In 2025, the company built on this vision by intensifying investments in its agentic platform and prebuilt agents. Throughout the year, Creatio launched five platform updates, introducing dozens of new out-of-the-box AI agents and skills. With the release of Creatio 8.3 “Twin,” the platform was further enhanced with a best-in-class no-code agent builder, advanced AI governance and security (including BYOM capability). Together, these capabilities enable teams to compose, deploy, and customize intelligent enterprise-grade agents without deep technical skills at speed and scale. The vendor also expanded its AI experience by embedding Creatio.ai directly into everyday tools like Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.

A key focus in the second half of 2025 was accelerating agentic automation built for real-world industry use cases. Creatio introduced industry-specific capabilities that autonomously orchestrate end-to-end processes and deliver measurable ROI. As part of this strategy, Creatio released a set of autonomous agent templates for banking. These agents are trained to execute critical workflows with minimal human oversight, including renewals, referrals, document collection and verification, loan servicing, and more. Building on this momentum, the company plans to further deepen its banking agent portfolio, as well as introduce new autonomous agents tailored for manufacturing and the public sector.

Creatio’s leadership in the new era of enterprise automation is reinforced by consistent recognition from top industry analysts, including being named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for B2B Marketing Automation Platforms for the fifth consecutive year, being recognized as a Visionary in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Sales Force Automation Platforms, and winning the Best for AI Development recognition at the 2025 Business Awards UK Software Development Award.

To enable customers and partners to fully apply this innovation, the company completely redesigned Creatio Academy — rehauling the learning platform from the ground up and introducing new Academy AI agents to help learners find information and get certified faster. Creatio enhanced its e-learning content with structured, role-based learning paths and launched comprehensive Creatio.ai programs, enabling users not only to understand how AI works in Creatio, but to actively build and deploy AI-powered tools across the platform.

Partner-Driven Strategy

Creatio continued to scale its business through strong execution of its partner-driven strategy. In 2025, the company expanded its global partner ecosystem, with notable momentum driven by new and deepened relationships with Deloitte Digital, KPMG Germany, Solutions Metrix, BGlobal, Praesto Consulting, Bits in Glass, and other strategic partners. These partnerships played a critical role in supporting enterprise deployments, accelerating regional growth, and enabling large-scale digital transformation initiatives across regulated industries.

As part of this momentum, strategic partner Deloitte Digital kicked off the “AI & No-Code Leaders Tour 2025”. The series of in-person executive events brought together business and technology leaders to explore how AI and no-code are reshaping the future of work and enterprise productivity, supported by insights from The No-Code Playbook: The Age of AI.

Thought Leadership, Community, and Industry Recognition

Creatio further strengthened its market position through leadership initiatives, including the No-Code Playbook: The Age of AI Second Edition, The State of AI Agents and No-Code report, and its annual AI Trends Report. The vendor also hosted 16 major company-led global events across in-person and digital formats, engaging tens of thousands in audience and 300+ speakers, with Steve Wozniak joining as guest of honor at Creatio’s flagship user conference No-Code Days Florida: Age of AI.

Creatio also received numerous industry recognitions in 2025, including being named to Inc.’s 2025 Best Workplaces List, earning a five-star rating in the CRN Partner Program Guide for the eighth consecutive year, and achieving elevated positions in key analyst reports, including Leader in Gartner® B2B Marketing Automation Platforms and Visionary in Gartner® Sales Force Automation.

2025 was a pivotal year for Creatio as we accelerated our focus on autonomous agents and industry-specific innovation,” said Katherine Kostereva, CEO of Creatio. “With vertically-focused autonomous agents we’re solving the real operational pain points our customers face every day by putting AI and no-code into the hands of business teams to deliver immediate ROI. By enabling organizations to build strategic advantage and win in their markets with agents and no-code, we are helping them move faster, operate smarter, and lead in the next era of digital automation.
