Serving Greenville, South Carolina for nearly 60 years, Greenville Federal Credit Union is a deeply community-rooted institution with a mission to serve all of Greenville County. To continue delivering on that mission as member expectations and operational complexity grew, the credit union undertook a rigorous, year-long evaluation process — assembling a cross-functional team of subject matter experts and senior decision-makers to define exactly what it needed and identify the right partner to deliver it.
At the core of that search was a clear strategic objective: a unified, 360-degree view of every member relationship, accessible across all departments. The credit union's previous CRM was no longer suitable for the scale and complexity of its operations, and disconnected systems and siloed workflows were limiting the team's ability to serve members efficiently and consistently.
Following an extensive evaluation that included multiple competing vendors, Greenville Federal Credit Union selected Creatio for its ability to bring all systems and data into a single view for every member of staff. The platform's no-code capabilities were a decisive factor, giving the team the agility to build and adapt workflows without a lengthy or rigid development process.

The implementation — covering Creatio Sales, Service, and Marketing — will focus on connecting the credit union's systems, centralizing member data, and creating efficient, cross-departmental workflows that eliminate silos and give every team a consistent, real-time view of the member relationship. The ultimate measure of success, as Catherine James put it, is straightforward: better service for every member.
Greenville Federal Credit Union recognizes AI as an important factor in its long-term strategy.
