Creatio Introduced Single User Profile and Single Sign-On Option for All Creatio Online Platforms (Marketplace, Academy, Community)

Creatio, a global software company that provides a leading no-code platform for process management and CRM, today announced it has introduced a single user profile and a single sign-on option for all Creatio online platforms (Marketplace, Academy, Community).

Single sign-on (SSO) is a technology for the user authentication process that allows access to multiple resources, including Community, Marketplace and Academy, with one set of user credentials (username and password).

With the introduction of this technology, Community, Marketplace and Academy users no longer need to go through the authorization or registration process on each resource individually. Now users will be automatically logged in to all resources. The same applies to the registration process. When a user registers, his/her credentials will allow to switch to any of the above listed resources.

Moreover, when users want to update their personal data, all they need to do is go to the profile settings and make the required changes. Once they are done with that, the data will be updated across all the resources (Community, Marketplace, Academy).
