We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Warsaw. No prior experience is required — we provide full training! If you have some background in sales, marketing, or customer service, that’s a plus.

Professional German is required to communicate effectively with customers in the DACH region. (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
As an SDR at Creatio, you'll play a critical role in fueling our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting our go-to-market strategy in the CRM and low-code space.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Learn how to find and connect with potential customers using email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Understand our industry and target customers through research and training.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support outreach efforts.
  • Keep accurate records in our CRM system and report on your progress.
  • Help create messages for campaigns to reach new customers.
  • Continuously improve your skills and outreach techniques with coaching and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

Background:

  • No experience needed — we will train you!
  • Some knowledge or interest in sales, marketing, or customer service is helpful.
  • Professional German required.
