Creatio, a global software company providing a leading low-code platform for process management and CRM, today announced Segezha Group, an international forest industry holding company, has recently completed implementation of Creatio’s low-code platform for its employees in Achern, Germany.

Deploying a low-code platform for process automation and CRM in Germany is not Segezha Group’s first experience with Creatio. Prior to this, the system was implemented for its Denmark branch. Creatio platform is aimed to help the company automate and standardize customer facing-processes, create a unified data environment, and leverage custom analytics.

Segezha Group has successfully unified all customer communication channels using Creatio. Each of Segezha Group’s incoming customer requests are consolidated in a single database. Creatio was also integrated with the company’s ERP system for better data alignment. In addition, Creatio provided Segezha Group with a tailor-made Customer Portal which serves as an intuitive self-service portal. Using a Customer Portal , Segezha Group’s customers are able to place orders, set desirable delivery dates, specify additional requests, and track order statuses.

Segezha Group has ambitious plans for Creatio’s system. “Implementing Creatio’s low-code platform is one of the key projects for Segezha Group and a cornerstone of the company’s IT strategy. Currently, we continue scaling Creatio platform across our European offices.  We look forward to leverage a single platform across all departments of our organization in each of the 13 countries where Segezha Group operates.” – Pavel Vakhnin, Vice-President of IT and Business Automation.

The system deployment and user training and testing were completed without delays despite the COVID-19 outbreak. The company’s employees have already started using Creatio in the most effective way.
