Regular update package for Creatio products
We are pleased to introduce a new update package for Creatio products, which features even more improvements and enhancements.
Creatio 7.17.1 provides the following key updates:
Omnichannel communications. In the newest release, we’ve expanded Creatio’s list of built-in communication channels with a Telegram customer communication channel. Once the Telegram is set up, all messages sent to the channel will be available in the communication panel. Chat history will be stored in the contact profile for further processing.
AI technologies. The list of AI models has been expanded. From now on, Creatio can find similar records in the system using unstructured text data. This functionality will help you find similar cases, automatically select the knowledge base articles or most relevant answers, etc.
Marketing campaigns. The newest release provides the ability to add participants to campaign from various system objects e.g. leads, cases, accounts. The data of these objects can now be used in email templates when creating macros, as well as to conditional flows for setting up filters.
Analytics. We’ve enriched pivot tables formulas with the ability to perform calculation on data columns. Now, users can calculate the case closing date, the actual case processing time, the date of the next invoice payment, and much more.
Business processes. We continue to enhance the Process Designer with new features. Now, users can read and copy files available on Attachments and notes detail, add the needed files as attachments to emails, etc.
Section Wizard. Several new features have been added to Section Wizard to speed-up and simplify the details setup. From now on users can:
- Create an object for a new detail in the Section Wizard.
- Create a detail based on the existing Creatio object.
- Create a lookup column that would connect a new detail to the configured page.
