Creatio is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join the Marketplace team as a Marketplace Partnership Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the commercial onboarding of technological partners, ensuring a seamless engagement experience and driving favorable conditions for Creatio in contractual agreements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Partner Relationship Management: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technological partners, serving as a point of contact for commercial-related inquiries and support. 
  • Regularly communicate with partners to understand their evolving needs and challenges, ensuring a proactive and responsive approach. 

Contracting Process: 

  • Manage the commercial track during the contracting phase with new technological partners. 
  • Work closely with the SVP Channels to ensure that each contract reflects favorable conditions for Creatio, aligning with the company's strategic objectives. 
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any commercial concerns and ensure contract accuracy. 

Commercial Onboarding: 

  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for each technological partner, providing in-depth insights into the rules of engagement with Creatio. 
  • Discuss the Partner Program in detail, offering a clear understanding of the commercial processes on the Creatio side. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for partners. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product, to align commercial strategies with broader organizational goals. 
  • Provide feedback and insights to enhance the overall partner experience and improve commercial processes. 

Qualifications: 

  • Ability to work in the English language with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Previous experience in business development, business management or sales, and relationship management, in a SaaS environment will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep passion for managing relationships and daily business operations.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, analysis and critical thinking, problem-solving and proactivity.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  

Would be an asset: 

  • Experience in commercial onboarding and contract management, preferably in a technology or software-focused environment. 
  • Understanding of partner programs and commercial processes.
