In this full-time, 100% in-office role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in Administration, HR, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition. What You'll Do:
You’ll be the go-to person for all things office and people-related in our London hub, helping us deliver an exceptional employee experience. Your responsibilities will include:
People Responsibilities:
Support HR team projects and initiatives.
Schedule interviews and support recruitment activities as needed.
Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
Office Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day office operations: managing supplies, snacks, kitchen inventory, and ensuring the office is functional and welcoming.
Acting as the primary liaison with property management and building security.
Greeting guests and coordinating in-office meetings, including catering, room bookings, and AV setup.
Managing office access and security: creating badges for new hires, organizing visitor passes, and handling communication with security teams.
Supporting Marketing, IT, and HR teams by managing inventory and assisting with events and campaigns.
Handling mail and courier services (FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail), and ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A strong interest in growing your career in Administration, HR, Marketing, or Talent Acquisition.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude — you’re someone who gets things done and brings positivity.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week, with occasional travel for company events.
