Global Sales Enablement Manager

We are looking for a Global Sales Enablement Manager to lead and enhance our global sales onboarding and enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a strong background in content development, facilitation, and sales process optimization, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver training for our global sales teams. This is a highly visible role where every new sales hire globally will come across your desk, giving you direct influence on Creatio’s rapid, organic growth.

Expectations and Requirements:

  • Delivery, coordination and ownership of all onboarding for AEs and other participants globally – includes direction on self-paced learning and instructor led segments.  May involve multiple classes spanning different time zones simultaneously.
  • Design and delivery of new everboarding content that is ENT level skill-based training. Work in close partnership with Sales Excellence and the business to level up to ENT grade content and delivery at scale.
  • Maintain content for sales enablement to be current with Creatio standards and ENT best practices.
  • Extensive content creation – Prepare enablement content and development programs targeting ENT sales professionals and ENT sales leadership globally.
  • Certification of Sales Professionals – Level up certification, testing, and ongoing assessments that drive sales effectiveness and deliver results to the business.
  • Deliver excellence – Possess the delivery/training skills needed for instructor led ENT level training that drives results for a A Player sales professionals and Sales Leaders.
  • Collaborate inside of Creatio with other departments and SMEs to make certain that content is aligned and on target.
  • Ready the enablement function in the ability to scale training as the organization greatly increases the number of sales professionals and sales leaders in 2025 and beyond
  • Design learning curriculum for sales professionals that drives an everboarding culture of constant skill development, certifications and sales excellence 

Required Skills:

  • Has been in a B to B software/solutions business in an enablement role.
  • Enterprise sales training experience.
  • Collaboration skills.
  • Content design (writing, slides, guides, facilitation notes).
  • Organization, high attention to details.
  • Training/facilitation at the ENT level.
  • Sales adjacent knowledge (understands the ENT selling process) and is fluent in Sales Process.
  • Technical acumen to use/teach: CRM, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Apollo, ZRA, and other future tools.
  • Content design technical acumen: PPT, Word.

The Global Sales Enablement Manager will be required to consistently demonstrate the following:

  • Joint ownership of employee onboarding for the Global Sales Team or other entities as needed.
  • Data reporting within CRM to confirm the accuracy and acceptable documentation by the sales team.
  • Preparing and delivering training sessions to the Global Sales teams.
  • Leveraging data to propose curriculums that will increase sales performance.
  • Orchestrating and preparing the agendas and visual material for key enablement sessions
  • Any other Sales Enablement related tasks, including administrative, as requested.
