We are looking for a Support Operator (Tier 1) to interact with our clients from Global Markets.

Working on our team as a Support Operator position involves:

•    working with support cases (chats, emails, and phone calls);
•    handling the knowledge base;
•    working on the Problem Management process. 

Candidate Expectations:

•    excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
•    experience in user support and a comprehensive understanding of HelpDesk (ServiceDesk) operations;
•    exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication; 
•    knowledge of office software, email clients, and web browsers;
•    preferred understanding of PC architecture and networks;
•    desirable foundational knowledge of databases (DBMS). 
•    English level — Upper-intermediate or higher.
