About the Role:

Creatio is looking for a like-minded professional and highly motivated Senior Event Manager to organize the company's events all over the world.

This role is based in Ukraine. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize our company's events all over the world both online and offline (the number of participants from 20 to 1000 people). The scope of work includes the processes from the concept design and project management to the event coordination;
  • Coordinate and facilitate online events and webinars from scratch (incl. landing page, webinar platforms arrangement, participation in promotion, speakers briefings and post-event analytics);
  • Coordinate and conduct company’s participation in co-marketing activities with partners and external events according to corporate standards and processes;
  • Participate in internal brainstorms and external cooperations to develop ideas for brand promotion initiatives, events and special projects;
  • Generate ideas and coordinate supplies for brand merchandize, printing and SWAG for Creatio offices and events worldwide;
  • Search and arrange work with vendors, venues, print houses and other event services providers;
  • Promote events and attract participants to all kinds of events;
  • Initiate financial and legal document flow related to the events.

Requirements:

  • Experience with events management no less than 3 years, preferably on global markets;
  • Knowledge of the event services market and the event management methodology for the global markets;
  • Ability to find and negotiate the most favorable terms;
  • Ability to find out of the box solutions for the events execution;
  • Fluency in written and conversational English;
  • Desire to deep dive into IT;
  • Successful experience in attracting the target audience to the events will be a plus;
  • Experience with organizing IT events will be a plus.
