We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This is a fully on-site role located in our London office.
Professional German is required to communicate effectively with customers in the DACH region. (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). As an SDR at Creatio, you'll play a critical role in fueling our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting our go-to-market strategy in the CRM and low-code space.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Learn how to find and connect with potential customers using email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
 - Understand our industry and target customers through research and training.
 - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support outreach efforts.
 - Keep accurate records in our CRM system and report on your progress.
 - Help create messages for campaigns to reach new customers.
 - Continuously improve your skills and outreach techniques with coaching and feedback.
 
What We’re Looking For

- No experience needed — we will train you!
 - Some knowledge or interest in sales, marketing, or customer service is helpful.
 - Professional German required.
