Who We’re Looking For:

We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This is a remote role based in Munich, however there may be an expectation to be on-site in the near future. 

Professional German is required to communicate effectively with customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). As an SDR at Creatio, you'll play a critical role in fuelling our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting our go-to-market strategy in the CRM and low-code space.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively engage with prospective clients, identify and qualify sales opportunities, and generate interest in Creatio’s products.
  • Market Research & Intelligence: Understand the competitive landscape, identify target industry segments, and stay informed of industry trends in CRM and low-code automation.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Partner with sales executives to strategize on lead quality and conversion, ensuring a seamless hand-off for qualified opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM, manage lead and account data, and monitor progress against sales metrics.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Develop personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to effectively engage prospects and build a strong pipeline.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to enhance prospecting success.

Requirements:

  • Industry Background: No prior experience required; interest in sales, marketing, or customer service is considered an advantage.
  • Language Skills: Professional proficiency in German (required).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with new contacts.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Comfortable initiating contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Customer Orientation: Customer-focused mindset with a strong motivation to achieve results.
