Who We’re Looking For:
Join our team as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist and help us scale our technical teams across Ukraine and Europe. You will own the full recruitment cycle for a variety of technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and supporting Creatio’s continued international growth. We’re looking for someone who understands the tech talent market, is comfortable with proactive sourcing, and can confidently manage complex technical hiring from intake to offer.
The role is based in Ukraine.
Team Composition:
1 Lead Recruiter, 4 Recruiters, and 1 Sourcer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across Ukraine and Europe, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, pipeline building, and hiring
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define candidate profiles, and build effective hiring strategies
- Recruit across different technical functions and seniority levels, including complex and niche positions
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical talent through proactive sourcing and headhunting
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, networking, referrals, and other relevant platforms
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates against technical requirements, competencies, and company values
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process
- Track and report recruitment data, pipeline health, and key hiring metrics
- Conduct market research and provide hiring managers with insights on talent availability, compensation, and market conditions
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing approaches, and overall hiring efficiency
Requirements:
- 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience
- Strong experience recruiting technical specialists across different functions and seniority levels
- Good understanding of the technology market and the ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with candidates and hiring managers
- Proven experience with proactive sourcing and headhunting for complex or niche technical roles
- Experience recruiting across Ukraine and/or European markets
- Strong knowledge of modern candidate assessment and competency-based interviewing approaches
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment/sourcing tools
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a recruitment partner rather than only execute hiring requests
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Nice to have: experience recruiting in fast-paced, product, startup, outsourcing, or hyper-growth environments
- Nice to have: experience with AI/ML or other highly specialized technical roles
- Ability to work with recruitment data and use market insights to adjust hiring and sourcing strategies
