Nucleus Research, a leading global information technology research firm, is specializing in investigative research of technology deployments.
The Value Matrix is based on functionality and usability, the two core metrics that Nucleus Research has found indicate an application’s ability to deliver initial ROI and, ultimately, maximum value over time. Based on these metrics, BPMonline was positioned as a Facilitator in the Matrix.
