bpmonline, a leading global CRM and BPM vendor, is proud to announce that bpmonline customer, SCi Sales Group, has received a 2014 Technology ROI Award for their implementation of bpmonline crm. This award held by Nucleus Research, an independent IT research and advisory firm, recognizes companies whose deployment of IT solutions has produced a positive, bottom-line financial return on investment (ROI).
SCi Sales Group (SCi) is a UK’s top 5 business-to-business telemarketing agency that provides inbound and outbound sales assistance and sales augmentation services.
SCi Sales Group deployed bpmonline to support its sales team’s lead generation, prospecting, and sales efforts. Nucleus Research found that the intuitive nature of bpmonline crm, features such as smart search and filtering, and social data integration enabled SCi to automate previously manual data entry processes so sales agents could spend more time selling, resulting in greater visibility, increased productivity, and reduced agent churn.

With that, I am very excited to share the news… Our company has changed its corporate and product names to Creatio!
The new name reflects our strong belief that everyone will become a developer, able to automate ideas and create custom solutions in minutes. We call these solutions “creatios.”
