CRM Evolution, a key industry event showcasing the latest ideas and trends in customer management and engagement, took place at New York Marriott Marquis this week. For the third year in the row bpm’online, a world’s fastest growing vendor of CRM and BPM solutions, became a sponsor, demonstrating its latest developments and presenting new versions of its award-winning software products.
Organized by CRM Media, CRM Evolution gathered some of the most influential people in the industry. The main focus of the conference was on sharing ideas of how to break down the silos between marketing, sales, and customer service to deliver consistent cross-channel experiences. Also, CRM Market Awards were presented during the first day of the Conference. Bpm’online was recognized in three categories – a Leader in Sales Force Automation and the ‘One to Watch’ in the Enterprise and Midmarket CRM Suits categories.
As a Gold sponsor, bpm’online showcased the latest version of bpm’online CRM solution, best-known for merging CRM and BPM capabilities, as well as for its engaging interface. Bpm’online CRM version 7.3 provides even better usability and functionality, which includes: enterprise social networking tools for collaboration and engagement; out-of-the-box reference processes enabling companies to save time and improve productivity; extended integration and customization capabilities to meet vital business needs; and a bunch of improvements in the interface to make navigation and search even more simple and intuitive.

Over the years, we have experienced lots of ups and downs of growing and running a business. Solutions that they create reflect unique differentiation of their companies, these solutions are their own creations. It is in the DNA of our customers and partners to generate ideas, create, and to change the status quo. And we’re thrilled to honor and support the creators in each of them!
With that, I am very excited to share the news… Our company has changed its corporate and product names to Creatio!
The new name reflects our strong belief that everyone will become a developer, able to automate ideas and create custom solutions in minutes. We call these solutions “creatios.”
