Bpm’online awards program highlights AI facial recognition app
Bpm'online, which provides an enterprise platform for CRM and business process management, has recognized Business Technology’s Quick Face application as the App Innovation award winner for Q3 2017. The App Innovation Award program identifies creative and unique applications developed for bpm’online, to showcase new use cases of bpm’online technologies.
Bpm’online’s Innovation Awards are a recognition program that highlights technology in three categories: CRM Innovation, BPM Innovation, and App Innovation. Winners were scored by an independent panel of judges of industry thought leaders, analysts and customers including Jeremy Cox, Principal Analyst at Ovum, Brent Leary, co-founder and Partner of CRM Essentials, PJ Jakovljevic, Principal Analyst at Technology Evaluation Centers, and Jack Wilkinson, Director of Marketing at Trupay, Inc.
Quick Face is an application available to bpm’online users through bpm’online marketplace. It was developed by Business Technology with the main purpose of identifying visitors in physical locations through AI-based facial recognition technology. Quick Face provides useful insights about the time of the highest visit loads and keeps track of the most frequent visitors, their age, and time of their visits. It can connect through Facebook to enrich profiles with additional data. Quick Face can also build a profile and start producing analytics on prospects that only pass by a store.
