As our company grows, we can reconfigure or build new processes as we need.”

Information needs to be accessible, sharable and sortable. “Bpm’online’s dashboards help us prioritize customers – here is a customer that we haven’t spoken to in a while so we have to keep up this activity. Good for prioritization. We now can have data on the number of sales projects, where are we in the funnel and what else we need to do,” informs Sanna.
