Sirma InsurTech Launches Sirma InSuite solution on the Creatio Marketplace

A comprehensive solution for life, non-life, and health insurance processes that ensures the management of the entire policy lifecycle

Creatio's partner Sirma InsurTech released Sirma InSuite, a comprehensive solution that supports the management of the entire policy lifecycle – from quotation and offer to underwriting and policy issuing, claim settlement, and payments. The application provides agility, scalability, and the capability to innovate. It is developed to support companies in providing excellent customer service, improving retention, and boosting sales.

The application includes fully functioning policy management and claim management modules, as well as a wide range of accompanying sub-processes related to customer service and after-sales administration.

An integrated part of the application is also a configuration module for design, description, and configuration of the products and process rules. It provides great flexibility to parameterize even the most specific products, which allows for the further automation of service processes.

Additionally, the application can successfully function as a separate solution for the administration of a specific process or be integrated with existing core and accounting systems. As such, Sirma InSuite can easily become a seamless part of the existing ecosystem.

Insurance companies, brokerages or banks of any size can benefit from the solution to digitalize, optimize, and automate processes, thus be able to provide the highest quality of customer service and improve operational efficiency. The application can also be easily integrated with portals and mobile apps for self-service.

The application is natively built as a cloud-based and highly-secured solution but can also be installed on–premise.

Sirma InsurTech is Creatio partner since 2020. It is a consulting company with profound expertise in the IT and insurance industries. The company has 20 years of experience and a lot of successfully completed projects that identify TBI INFO as a proven partner in digital transformation within the EU insurance market.
