By adopting Creatio, Petroautos unified digital advertising, website lead capture, quoting, CRM, and sales follow-up into a single automated workflow. Customers can now self-serve vehicle quotes online, while sales teams gain real-time insight into buyer behavior and interest signals throughout the early stages of the journey.

The platform was implemented in collaboration with Cibernetica, leveraging Creatio’s no-code process design and integration framework to connect the website, ERP inventory, credit verification, and specialized quoting systems into one coherent flow.

As a result of the unified digital process, Petroautos increased lead-to-prospect conversion from 35% to 56%, uncovering demand that had previously gone unrecognized due to fragmented systems and inconsistent follow-up. Automated lead routing and behavioral tracking now allow sales teams to focus on high-intent opportunities while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
