IT Forge

IT Forge is a Creatio integrator based in Bratislava, Slovakia. We implement, customize and extend Creatio for sales, service, marketing and back-office processes, from initial setup to ongoing support.

What we do:

• Creatio deployment and configuration
• Custom development: backend modules, business logic, and UI customizations
• Integration with telephony, messengers and other external systems
• Business process design and automation
• Migration, update, performance tuning and maintenance of existing Creatio instances

We use Creatio's no-code tools wherever they do the job, and we write code when a task needs it.

AI is part of how we work. We use it in our own development process, which lets us deliver faster, and we add AI features to client projects where they are useful, such as chatbots built on Creatio AI.

We are building our own products for the Creatio Marketplace.

One of them is Dialong Chats for Creatio, an AI-powered omnichannel inbox that brings messengers into Creatio.
