LuckyEye is a digital experience company founded in 1999. Its headquarters are in Istanbul, Turkey and its R&D offices are at Kocaeli University Techno Park. The company currently works with 60 different brands on an annual contract basis. The R&D office is focused on developing digital transformation solutions based on customer needs.
LuckyEye focuses on three major areas:
1. Digital Marketing: The main focus area of the company. LuckyEye delivers end-to-end Digital marketing solutions to brands from developing strategies to support them with ongoing services through the LuckyCare approach. LuckyEye has been continuously investing in its content management platform (LEDİS), which is used as a technological base for more than 300 web projects, including several banks. LuckyEye has eleven different skill sets that help the company serve 360 degrees of Customer journey requirements of B2C and B2B brands.
2. Marketing Technologies: Marketing technologies can provide an instant understanding of customer needs and real-time offering of related content, offerings, products, or campaigns for these needs. LuckyEye structures and executes unstructured data analytics to help companies to understand their consumer insights via social media. The company uses customer experience analytics tools to understand the customers' real-time visiting behavior and create a 360 degrees segmentation based on all transactional and behavioral data of the customer. LuckyEye works with Creatio to help companies accelerating their business with end-to-end experiences.
3. Artificial Intelligence: Artificial Intelligence helps brands interact with humans through natural language to interpret data, learn from virtually every interaction, and propose new possibilities through probabilistic reasoning. With the help of unstructured data analytics, LuckyEye has started investing in creating cognitive computing systems. LuckyEye is developing cognitive computing platforms for the customers' specific needs, which helps both parties enhance the AI based journey of both customer and employee experiences.
