Who We’re Looking For:  

We are looking for a Corporate Travel Specialist with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize business trips and provide support to the company employees (visas, tickets, transfer, accommodation, etc.);
  • Conduct research on visa and travel issues, find the optimal ways of cost savings;
  • Work with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to ensure quality service and competitive rates. Track travel expenses and monitor budget utilization across departments and projects.
  • Prepare regular reports on travel spending, savings, and cost variances.
  • Promote adherence to corporate travel policies and recommend improvements when necessary.
  • Support the implementation of new travel tools, systems, or vendors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant global and regional travel regulations
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalations related to travel services
  • Collect feedback from employees to improve travel services and travel experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate travel management or a similar role within a global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., SAP Concur, Amadeus, Sabre, or similar).
  • Experience with budgeting, expense reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams across time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle urgent travel issues outside normal business hours when necessary.
  • Proficiency in English  

Working Schedule

The Travel Team operates on a rotating shift schedule to ensure coverage across multiple time zones.

On-Call Rotation

The role includes participation in an on-call rotation for emergency support outside regular working hours.
