Who We’re Looking For:

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving business growth across the European region. Partnering closely with Sales Executives, you will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, helping prospects understand how Creatio's platform can solve their business challenges and accelerate digital transformation.

You will lead discovery sessions, deliver tailored product demonstrations, design proof-of-concepts, and engage with both business and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.

The role is based in Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Focused Activities
  • Partner with Sales Executives on strategic opportunities and complex enterprise deals.
  • Lead discovery workshops to understand customer business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop and present Proofs of Concept (POCs) showcasing business value and technical capabilities.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and technical proposal development.
  • Present technical and business solutions to executive-level audiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the evaluation process.
  • Partner-Focused Activities
  • Support strategic partners in understanding Creatio's platform capabilities and roadmap.
  • Assist partners in developing effective sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Deliver enablement sessions and technical guidance when needed.
  • Internal Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and R&D teams to provide market and customer feedback.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and contribute insights to product strategy and sales enablement.
  • Participate in deal strategy discussions and regional growth initiatives.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of the Solutions Consulting organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Solution Engineering within SaaS or PaaS environments.
  • Proven success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, including custom demonstrations and Proofs of Concept.
  • Experience responding to technical and functional aspects of RFPs and RFIs.
  • Strong executive presence and experience working directly with C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into compelling technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
  • Professional fluency in English and Polish.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
  • Experience with CRM, BPM, No-Code, or Low-Code platforms.
  • Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration concepts.
  • Familiarity with application servers, databases, and web technologies.
  • Previous software development or technical implementation experience.
