Creatio, the global provider of an AI-native platform for workflow and CRM automation, announced that Grupa DBK has selected its technology to lead a company-wide digital transformation.  Chosen over traditional CRM platforms for its flexibility, ease of configuration, and cost-efficiency, Creatio will serve as the foundation for DBK’s modernization efforts. Delivered in collaboration with Deloitte, the initiative includes the implementation of Sales, Service, and Marketing Creatio across group entities to drive operational efficiency and support the Total Care strategy.  

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Poland, DBK Group is the largest provider of transport, shipping, and logistics (TSL) solutions in the region. With 24 branches, 5 partner outlets, and a service center in Lithuania, the group includes 9 companies and employs over 1,500 people. Its broad portfolio extends beyond vehicle distribution and maintenance to include leasing, insurance, and financial services, offering a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions tailored to the full lifecycle of customer needs.  

To advance its client-facing strategy and accelerate group-wide modernization, Grupa DBK launched a digital transformation initiative centered on creating a unified customer engagement platform. After a comprehensive evaluation of traditional CRM systems, the company selected Creatio for its ease of configuration, open architecture, and ability to seamlessly integrate across diverse business units. The platform’s flexibility and cost-effectiveness make it a strong foundation to support Grupa DBK’s complex structure and evolving customer expectations.

The project is being delivered in collaboration with Deloitte, a trusted Creatio partner with deep experience in large-scale CRM and data transformation programs. Together with Deloitte, DBK is implementing an ambitious roadmap that includes full rollout to all group companies within just eight months.
